I am passionate about meeting people where they are on their journey and supporting them to achieve their goals, no matter how big or small they may seem.

I am a counsellor with a Master Practitioner of Holistic counselling who has worked previously for lifeline. I like to support you in reconnecting all the segmented parts of self you may be experiencing. Often in our lives we experience disharmony when we are trying to hide away or push down particular parts of our self that we do not feel deserve the light. I work with tools that can help you gain a deeper inner knowing of yourself and help you accept all parts of who you are, while allowing you to discover strengths you didn't know you had, in an environment free from judgement.
